Mammotion 4G Service Terms

  1. Introduction to 4G Service

Mammotion 4G Service is a network connectivity solution designed for Mammotion robotic lawn mowers. With 4G Service, users can remotely set scheduled operations, start, pause, or end mowing tasks, check battery status, view operation progress and mowing maps, enable anti-theft features (location tracking), and monitor the yard in real time via FPV.
In addition, Mammotion robotic lawn mowers can directly connect to Mammotion iNavi™ Service over 4G to access NetRTK high-precision positioning, delivering centimeter-level accuracy without the need to install any physical RTK base station. With a one-tap connection via the Mammotion App, setup is significantly simplified and overall usability is greatly enhanced.

    *The 4G data policy is only applicable to products currently on sale, with an effective date starting after January 5, 2026. Before January 5, the 2025 4G service policy will still apply, as follows:

For purchased 4G Service, users can enjoy hassle-free returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, Mammotion will refund appropriately based on actual usage.

  1. 4G Module

For the 4G module purchased separately for the YUKA mini 2 EU/UK/CH version, it enjoys a 1-year warranty. If a failure occurs during the warranty period, users can send back the 4G module for repair alone without sending back the machine.

  1. Build-in 4G Module (SIM Card)

For LUBA 3 AWD Series, LUBA mini 2 AWD Series, LUBA 2 AWD X series, YUKA 2025 series, LUBA mini AWD series, and YUKA mini , the built-in 4G module (SIM card) is part of the device and has the same 3-year warranty as the device. If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, users need to send in the device for repair.

  1. Notice

  • The 4G Service is not mandatory. Users can also choose to use Antenna Over Datalink mode for precise positioning.
  • Currently, users are not supported to change and use their own SIM cards.
  • The 4G service includes 60 minutes of FPV yard monitoring each month. For an unlimited experience, we recommend using Wi-Fi.
