Mammotion Rewards Program Terms And Conditions
Effective Date: December 25, 2024 . By participating after the effective date, you agree to the following：
Welcome to the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of the Mammotion Rewards Program. These Terms are between you and Mammotion Technik GmbH and/or its affiliates ("Mammotion") and govern our respective rights and obligations. Members of this program earn points (referred to as “Mammotion Points”) by purchasing eligible online products and participating in online activities at eu.mammotion.com(collectively referred to as the Mammotion Store). These points can be redeemed for certain products in the Mammotion Store. Mammotion products purchased through third-party websites, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and other third-party platforms, are currently not eligible for point accumulation.
You can join the Mammotion Rewards Program for free, but you must create an account at the Mammotion Store. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how the information you provide to us will be used.
To be eligible for the Mammotion Rewards Program, you must create an account as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. You are eligible to create an account if you are an adult in your country, have access to the internet, and possess a valid mailing address. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password, and for restricting access to your account. You are responsible for keeping this information current, complete, accurate, and truthful. You agree to take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username, and/or password. You agree to provide only current, complete, accurate, and truthful information. If you access and use this website on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that person as a principal to all the Terms and Conditions provided herein. To the extent you have such authority, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept responsibility for any misuse of this website or any damages resulting from such access or use. Each individual is allowed to have only one membership account. If it is discovered that a person holds multiple accounts, their points will be forfeited, and their subscription to the Rewards Program will be terminated.
B. How to Join the Mammotion Rewards Program
Visit the Mammotion Store and become a registered user on the website. Click here to go directly to the registration page. You will be asked to enter your email address and password. You may also choose to subscribe to our newsletter. Once you submit the required information, your account is created successfully, and you will have joined our program.
C. How to Access/Update Your Membership Information
You must keep your personal information in your account up to date. To do so, click on the "My Account" section, then enter your registered email address and current password to access your account. From your dashboard, you can view your account information and change your profile.
D. How to Cancel Your Membership
You can cancel your account at any time. To cancel your account, please send an email to sales-eu@mammotion.com with "Cancel Membership" in the subject line. The email must come from the account currently associated with your Mammotion Rewards Program on our server. If you no longer have access to the email address, please email our customer service department, and we will verify your status and cancel your account. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be a member, and any unused/unredeemed Mammotion Points in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. You will also be removed from any VIP levels. Except as otherwise specified for redemption, Mammotion Points have no cash value beyond their redemption value on the website.
Each individual is allowed to have only one account. Merging of information and points across accounts within the same store is not permitted, nor is merging of accounts, points, or point usage across stores in different countries. Points are non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone other than the account holder. Mammotion Points accumulated by different members on different accounts cannot be combined or aggregated for product purchases or any other purpose.
II. Specific Rules for Mammotion Points
Historical Mammotion Rewards Program
Mammotion Points earned by you prior to December 25, 2024, will be automatically converted into the new membership rewards program in the Mammotion Store and can continue to be used normally. Please note that your Mammotion Points will remain in the original Mammotion Store where they were accumulated, and any transactions or point interactions before this date will not count toward the new rewards program.
New Mammotion Rewards Program
This Mammotion Rewards Program will launch on December 25, 2024 . Mammotion Points earned after this date will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the new rewards program. Mammotion Points are unique to each Mammotion Store and cannot be used on other websites.
To earn Mammotion Points, you must be logged into your account. You can always check if you are logged in by clicking the user icon in the top-right corner of the website.
Members can earn Mammotion Points through the following activities:
• Account registration at Mammotion Store (one-time reward)
• Following Mammotion’s official social media (one-time reward)
• Birthday reward after completing birthday information (annual reward)
• Annual account reward (annual reward)
• Leaving reviews for products purchased on the Mammotion Store
Members can earn Mammotion Points by purchasing qualifying online products from the Mammotion Store. Shopping points will be awarded after the order has been fulfilled. You must be logged into your account on the website in order to earn Mammotion points for purchases of qualifying online products in the Mammotion Store.
Earning Rate: Members earn 1 Mammotion point for every €1 spent (in other words, for every €100 spent, you will earn 100 Mammotion Points). Mammotion Points are based on the subtotal of your order after any discounts. Mammotion Points are rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, if you spend €99.99, you will earn 100 Mammotion Points; if you spend €99.19, you will earn 99 Mammotion Points.
D. Reward Points for Specific Events/Activities
The Mammotion Store will occasionally launch specific promotions offering additional reward points for members. During these promotions, members can earn extra Mammotion Points when participating such promotions according to respective rules. When you purchase these specially marked products or make a purchase during the designated reward point promotion period, you will earn reward points for each product. The exact amount of points will be specified in the promotion details. Promotions offering additional reward points are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the promotion and may be adjusted by Mammotion Store depending on the specifics of each promotion.
If you purchase a product during the promotion period and the product includes an additional item, points will not be awarded based on the retail price of the additional item.
1. Members can only earn Mammotion Points based on the purchase price of qualifying online products. The calculation of points does not include shipping fees or any taxes (including but not limited to federal, state, local taxes, or use taxes) paid by the member. Any discounts or other credits related to products or services are not eligible for point accumulation. For example, if a product with a normal price of €100 is sold for €50, the member will earn points only based on the €50 purchase price. Purchases made with gift cards, coupon redemptions, payments for after-sales items, or any type of price adjustment (such as price differences) are not eligible for Mammotion Points.
2. The following purchases are not eligible for Mammotion Points:
(1) Products purchased prior to the member joining the program.
(2) Products purchased online when the member was not logged into Mammotion and their account was not linked to their online account.
(3) Mammotion products purchased outside of the Mammotion Store are not eligible for Mammotion Points.
(4) Wholesale retailers are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
3. The rules for earning Mammotion Points may change due to promotions or product launches. Such rules will be determined at Mammotion’s sole discretion and may vary from different activities.
IV. Redeeming Mammotion Points
A. How to Use Your Mammotion Points
Mammotion Rewards must be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. Mammotion Rewards can only be redeemed online at the Mammotion Store. You can view the available products for redemption on the membership page or by clicking here.
B. How to Redeem Your Mammotion Points
1. What are Rewards? Rewards typically include Mammotion discount coupon codes, products (including physical gifts or Mammotion accessories), and gift cards (Mammotion or third-party gift cards), which can be redeemed with the corresponding amount of points from your Mammotion Rewards account. Some rewards may only be available during specific periods. The redemption rules may change without prior notice due to promotions or product releases.
2. How to Redeem Mammotion Points? Log into your account on the Mammotion Store. Go to the "Mammotion Rewards" page, where you can select the rewards you wish to redeem. Mammotion Points will be deducted simultaneously with the redemption process, and they follow the ‘first in, first out’ rule. Rewards are available only as long as supplies last or during specific time periods when quantities may be limited.
3. Some rewards will be subject to additional Terms and Conditions, which will be provided when the reward is offered. Rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Please read the terms of each reward carefully and check the details before confirming the redemption of any Mammotion Points.
4. Types of Rewards You Can Redeem
a. Discount Codes
Once you confirm the redemption of your Mammotion Points, you will receive a one-time discount code. This code can be used to enjoy discounts on your purchases at the Mammotion Store. Simply copy and paste the code at checkout to apply for the discount.
· Only one discount code can be used per order.
· Some coupons may not be valid for specific products.
· Some coupons may have a minimum purchase amount or quantity restrictions.
· Some coupons may only be valid during specific periods and may expire if not used in time.
· Coupon codes can only be used by the member account holder.
b. Products/Free Gifts
Select the product you want to redeem with your Mammotion Points and click "Redeem Now"
· Once you confirm the redemption, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address on the checkout page to generate the order.
· You may need to pay shipping fees for certain products. Please refer to the rules at the time of redemption.
· You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number after the reward is shipped.
· Due to the limited availability of rewards, once you confirm the redemption of Mammotion Points, we regret to inform you that the reward cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
· If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact Mammotion customer service at sales-eu@mammotion.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
We encourage you to redeem your Mammotion points so you can fully enjoy the benefits of the Mammotion Rewards Program, including discounts, products, and more. Specific rewards are limited in quantity and available while supplies last. We may, at our discretion, change, suspend, restrict, or replace rewards at any time with or without prior notice. The method and timing of reward distribution are determined solely by Mammotion.
Generally, Mammotion Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited to your account. The expiration date for specific points may be determined earlier at Mammotion’s discretion. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of specific promotions for the exact expiration dates.
D. Rewards Can Not Be Canceled
Once your Mammotion Points are redeemed, the reward (discount or product) will be assigned, and we are unable to cancel the redemption or reapply the points to your Mammotion rewards account.
Coupon codes of Reward cannot be combined with any other discount codes. Mammotion Points cannot be used for past purchases. Mammotion Points earned in an order cannot be redeemed in the same order. Redeemed Mammotion Points cannot be applied retroactively to any past orders. Mammotion Points have no cash value outside of the Mammotion Store and are only available to reputable members. If membership is canceled, rewards will become void and cannot be shipped. The entire redemption process must be completed within the valid membership lifecycle.
F. Rights to Interpretation and Changes
Mammotion reserves the right to modify these Mammotion redemption Terms and Conditions at any time to meet member needs or adapt to business priorities. You should review these terms regularly for any changes. Mammotion may modify any of these Terms at Mammotion's sole discretion by posting revised terms. Your reward act or other actions after the effective date of the revised Terms constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. A. How the Referral Program Works
Members of the Mammotion Store can participate in the Referral or "Refer a Friend" program, which is governed by these Terms and Conditions. This program rewards our registered members for inviting friends or family to shop at the official Mammotion Store. Both the referrer and the referred friend will receive Mammotion Points as a reward for a successful referral.
How to Participate:
1. You must log in to your Mammotion Store account.
2. Go to the Referral page or click here to get your exclusive referral link, then share this link with your friends or family.
3. When your referred friend uses your link to make their first purchase at the Mammotion Store, both you and the referred friend will receive Mammotion Points.
You can refer any number of friends, but we do not recommend sending your referral link to strangers, as this may lead to misunderstandings.
B. Ensuring the referral is successful
1. A referral is considered successful, or "completed" if it meets these requirements:
(1) The referred friend completes a purchase for the minimum spend amount (price after discount)
(2) Must be the referred friend's first purchase.
(3) The user agent & IP address that clicks on the referral link must match the user agent & IP address that completes the purchase. （A “user agent” is the combination of a user’s device, browser, and operating system. For example, Desktop, Safari 15.2, and Mac 10.15.17.）
2. Things that may cause a referral to fail:
(1) If the customer clicked on the referral link but then made the purchase on a different IP address or user agent, the referring customer would not get the kickback.
(2) If the minimum spent amount was reached, but part of the sum was paid for using a coupon, this will not be counted as a completed referral. The minimum amount must be paid for with actual money and by using redemption options.
(3) The referral will only be completed if the minimum amount is spent on the first purchase made via the referral link. The amount cannot span across several purchases.
Any of the above situations may result in your failure of earning your reward points.
Referral links are only valid within the issuing country and cannot be used for cross-country referrals. For example, a referral link obtained from the US website can only be used for purchases on the US website. If you wish to refer users from other countries/regions, please participate in the referral program through the respective country/region's Mammotion Store to obtain a region-specific referral link to share.
To ensure fairness, Mammotion strictly prohibits self-referrals, including using the same email address, IP address, or browser session as the referred party. Any attempts to manipulate or abuse the referral program, such as creating fake accounts, making fraudulent purchases, or using bots or automated scripts to generate referrals, are strictly prohibited. Sharing referral links containing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content is also forbidden. Additionally, providing misleading or false information about the referral program, such as exaggerating the benefits or terms, is not allowed. Non-compliant referrals will be deemed invalid.
If abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms and conditions are detected, Mammotion reserves the right to adjust or suspend accounts and revoke referral rewards.
VI. Rules on Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellations
If a return, cancellation, refund, credit card or gift card denial, or any other credit adjustment occurs after a purchase, the Mammotion Points earned from the original transaction will be deducted from your account, including any applicable bonus Mammotion Points.
(1) For refunded orders, regardless of the reason, Mammotion Points cannot be reapplied to your rewards account. We will not transfer reward coupons or gift cards from one order to another, nor will we transfer products from one item cycle to another.
(2) If your order is fully refunded, any Mammotion Points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
(3) If your order uses a reward coupon redeemed for points and it is fully refunded, we will not return the Mammotion Points redeemed for the reward coupon.
(4)If the Mammotion Points to be refunded have expired, those points will immediately become invalid simultaneously with the refund.
(1) If you earned Mammotion Points on a purchase and then that purchase is partially refunded, the points are reversed. You then earn Points only for the remaining amount.
(2) If you earned Mammotion Points and redeemed them for rewards during your purchase, but a partial refund occurs, we will not return the Mammotion Points used for the reward coupon. Only the Mammotion Points equivalent to the refund amount will be returned.
(1) If you used Mammotion Points to redeem a free product but canceled the order later, the Mammotion Points will be automatically refunded to your points account.
(2) If you used Mammotion Points to purchase an item but later canceled the order, we will not return the Mammotion Points.
By registering with the Mammotion Store and joining the Mammotion Rewards Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms related to the Mammotion Rewards Program. Mammotion reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or limit any aspect of the Mammotion Rewards Program, your account, points redemption, or the program itself (including, but not limited to, points earning rates and points expiration policies) at sole discretion, with or without notice. Mammotion may make these changes even if they impact your ability to use accumulated Mammotion Points.
You are responsible for keeping up to date with the program's terms and conditions at all times. The points balance for a member (as shown in Mammotion’s records) shall be deemed correct. Mammotion reserves the right to determine the number of points in any member account based on Mammotion’s internal records related to that account. If the points balance on the member receipt differs from Mammotion’s internal records, Mammotion’s internal records shall prevail. Mammotion is not liable for errors due to incorrect member information. Your right to transfer points earned or granted under the program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture or cancellation of your points, as well as the suspension or termination of your membership. Any such sale shall be considered final in each case. All transactions involving points and all member accounts are subject to Mammotion's review and verification. During an account or transaction review, the points balance in the member’s account may not be accessible. If a member abuses the Mammotion Rewards Program or fails to comply with the program’s terms and conditions, Mammotion may revoke the membership at any time. Fraud or abuse related to point accumulation or reward redemption may lead to cancellation of membership and could affect eligibility for participation in any other Mammotion rewards program (either current or future). If you voluntarily terminate your Mammotion registered account, or if the account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions or other actions contrary to the intended and bona fide use of the website, all points will be immediately voided and will no longer be redeemable. Mammotion will make reasonable efforts to reward points to all registered and eligible Mammotion Store customers, but shall not be held responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.
The Terms and Conditions of the Mammotion Rewards Program may be changed at any time by Mammotion with or without prior notice to customers at its discretion. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER MAMMOTION CHANGES THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
Points are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and are not valid outside of the Mammotion Store. Accrued points do not constitute property of Members. Purchases made outside of the Mammotion Store do not qualify for Mammotion Points accumulation (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other third-party platforms).
Member Rewards are offered in good faith. However, they may not be available if prohibited by law or regulation in the Member's country of residence.
Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed under the laws of Singapore without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws. By participating in the Mammotion Rewards Program, Members consent that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with its rules of arbitration procedures. The place of arbitration shall be Singapore.
